According to the announcement by the Guangzhou Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Committee (Sui Lao Ren Zhong Case No. [2025] 17254), the applicant Xi Jingwen filed a labor dispute case against the respondent 郑州京瑞阁服饰有限公司, and a legal arbitration award has been made. The award is as follows: 1. The respondent shall pay the applicant a one-time wage difference of 25,230 yuan for the period from May 15, 2025, to July 20, 2025; 2. The respondent shall pay the applicant a one-time double wage difference of 30,000 yuan for the period from April 20, 2025, to July 20, 2025, due to the absence of a signed labor contract. As it is impossible to contact the respondent, the arbitration award is hereby served via public announcement.
