Public Information on Early Removal from the Joint Disciplinary List for Defaulting on Migrant Workers' Wages

According to the Qionghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, 深圳市中深建装饰设计工程有限公司, during the construction of the indoor decoration project of Boao Ophthalmic Health Center by Hainan Yiling Medical Industry Co., Ltd., as the general contractor, failed to strictly implement the direct responsibility of paying migrant workers' wages monthly, resulting in arrears totaling 1,228,611 yuan for 57 workers. After payment, 42 workers were still owed 728,611 yuan. On August 22, 2025, the Qionghai Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement Bureau issued a "Notice to Correct Illegal Acts." The company later rectified these illegal acts, was listed on the dishonesty list for a full six months, and submitted a written credit commitment, and was removed early from the joint disciplinary list on May 29, 2026 (Hainan Human Resources and Social Security Decision Word [2025] No. 1).
