The project owner was 重庆驰盛汽车城有限公司 and the labor subcontractor was 重庆利欧鸿福水务有限公司. A total of RMB 75,000 in remuneration for two workers, covering March 2023 through April 2024, remained unpaid. On November 6, 2025, the Banan District bureau issued an administrative disposition decision; according to the page, neither company complied with the payment order within the prescribed period.
