According to the Announcement of Delivery of Administrative Penalty Decision by the Ding'an County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau (Ding'an Comprehensive Enforcement Delivery Announcement No. [2025] 4),海南鸿历建筑劳务有限公司 in the No. 29, 31, and 32 building projects of the Phase II Riguang Fengyu Lin Hot Spring, wages totaling 208,966 yuan were withheld from 14 workers including Chen Taixin. After being ordered to make corrections, payment was not made within the stipulated period.
